The Saramonic SmartRig+UC is a portable two-channel microphone, guitar & instrument audio interface for USB-C devices. It is designed to let you record professional quality audio by connecting professional microphones, guitars and other instruments to your Phone 15, Android Smartphone or Tablet, newer iPad, or Computer with USB-C.
Two accessible gain knobs control the levels of each input. A mono/stereo switch controls the mode of operation, while a REC/PLAY switch is on hand to determine if you’re in recording or playback mode.
Monitoring is accomplished by means of the 3.5mm headphone output. Thanks to the unit’s 9V battery, the SmartRig+UC can power two condenser microphones with selectable 48V phantom power. The SmartRig+UC also features a 3/8 thread on the rear of the unit to give you rigging options, as well as a strap.
