Rashid Street Portrait Photography

The city of Rashid is considered a treasure for street photographers due to the diversity of aspects of life in it, whether inside the city from Islamic monuments, popular fish markets, fishermen’s village, boat-making workshops and palm-leaf manufacturing workshops.

• 05:30 AM Gathering in front of Go Bus in Abdel Moneim Riyad Square, Cairo
• 6:00 am moving from Cairo to Rashid
• 10:00 AM Photography of the village of Al-Burj Bersheed “The Village of the Fishermen” Photography of the life of fishermen and the famous fishermen’s coffee “Uncle Wajih’s Coffee” Photography of the fishing net industry and the palm leaf industry
• 12:30pm Break, breakfast and review of photos with the participants
• 01:30 PM Visit the ancient castle of Al-Tabia Rashid
• 2:00 PM Heading to the boat-making workshops and some fields around them, “if possible.”
• 3:00 PM Heading to the city of Rashid, a tour of the popular Rashid market, the fish market, and the blacksmiths market
• 4:30 pm Go to lunch and photograph the sunset in Abu Mansour
• 6:00 PM moving to Cairo
