Foto Express Egypt only sells and delivers within the Arab Republic of Egypt. International orders are not supported at this time.

No shipping is conducted on Fridays or official Egyptian public holidays.

Foto Express accepts returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

You may return an item if:

1️⃣ The product is defective
OR
2️⃣ It is unopened, unused, and still sealed with the original manufacturer’s tape/packaging

To be eligible, returned items must:

• Be in original packaging
  
• Include all accessories (batteries, chargers, cables, manuals, straps, covers, tags, etc.)
  
• Include the original purchase invoice
  

❌ Returns without an invoice will be refused.

❌ Used, damaged, or missing-accessory items will be declined.

Shipping and processing fees are non-refundable, unless the item is officially confirmed as defective by the Foto Express Egypt Service Center.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

For defective items, inspection and verification may take:
