Schedule:

  • Gathering: 8:00 am
  • Departure: 8:30 am
  • Arrival at Geris Village: around 11:30 am

We will talk about the environmental portrait For a quarter of an hour before we start shooting

Shooting plan:

12:00 – 3:00 pm: Shooting pottery in the ancient Pharaonic style: We will start immediately upon arrival by documenting the Egyptian heritage using wide lenses to get as much detail as possible, while relying on flash and reflector to get balanced natural lighting.

Rest in the agricultural land:

3:00 – 4:00 pm After shooting, we will go to a quiet agricultural land to rest and enjoy a farmer’s breakfast in the middle of nature.

Return to Cairo:

We will move from the agricultural land at 4:30 pm to arrive at Abdel Moneim Riad Square around 7:00 pm.

Suggested Equipment:

  • Wide angle lenses (for portrait photography with wide frames).
  • Professional flashes.
  • Reflectors to improve natural lighting.

Mohamed Gharib is an accomplished international photographer who embarked on his journey in 2017. Since 2019, he has specialized in portrait photography, focusing on capturing the authentic essence of individuals from diverse backgrounds across Egypt.

Driven by a desire to expand his reach, Gharib has garnered significant recognition. His accolades include:

    • First Place in the Pharaohs Club International Competition 2023 in collaboration with Nikon Middle East.

    • Numerous awards from international competitions such as WPU China.

    • 35 awards and 158 awards across the Photo Crowd and View Bug platforms.

Furthermore, Gharib has participated in prestigious local and international selections, including the Mira Mobile Award and “Africa the Land and Peoples.”
